Joint-Cooling Baked Chicken Kabobs with Spicy Berry Salsa
I adore this combo of sweet berries and succulent chicken. Use the sweetest fruit you can find for a huge burst of flavor. Those berries are also bursting with anti-inflammatories that help you loose weight and walk with ease. And grass-fed chicken is loaded with anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats, which joints love. Meanwhile, chili blocks joint pain. Yeeha!

With Love & Light,
The name Jalapeno, is just a hot variety of Chilly. You can get them in most supermarkets. ie. Lidle,Aldi, Tesco etc.
Capsicum, one of the many hot varieties…this one called jalapeno.
Thanks for your feedback. Please feel free to substitute tempeh or firm tofu for the chicken.
