Turkey Burger Sliders with Sautéed Onions, Sharp Cheddar and Horseradish

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil pure
- 1 small onion(s) sliced
- 1 pound grass-fed turkey ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup horseradish prepared
- 1 Ezekial sprouted grain bun toasted and cut into quarters
Directions
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onions for 10-15 minutes or until soft and starting to caramelize.Mix the ground turkey and garlic and form into 8 patties. Cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Turn, top with the cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
Spread horseradish on the buns, top with the burgers and onions and serve open-faced.
TIPS AND NOTES:
Add jalapenos, roasted peppers, lettuce or tomatoes to make these even heartier burgers.
